Like all / as you / as the past had some knowledge on February 29 was held the First Congress of the Young Lawyers in Bilbao.
The Congress, held at Headquarters from Iltre. Bar Lordship of Vizcaya, was characterized by its strong educational background with the conclusion of a presentation and two panel discussions where they discussed a wide range of topics.
First, and in the presentation organized by our colleagues addressed the issue Álava on duty. This roundtable highlighted by the very efficient and illustrative presentation made by both our private partner D ª. Susana Garcia Barona, by the expert from the office of Arateko D. Rafael Sainz de Rozas Bedialauneta, for Nuesto President D. Javier Garcia Pascual.
Thus were reflected variants of the problem limited to the duty roster, acquiring special relevance to the controversy surrounding the book project Description of the Public Defender and the need to improve image this service among citizens.
Secondly, the round table was held dedicated to the study of the practical realities of legal Euskera.
This table also exposed to greater efficiency for our fellow Vizcaya, showed the difficulty of their practical implementation and the need for it, as long as Euskera is an official language of their own, and as such should be real and practical application in day to day of our profession.
Thirdly, after the working lunch held in the "Bilbao Society", was addressed again in a magnificent way for our fellow Guipúzcoa the problem of social projection of the lawyer.
This roundtable reflected the need for collective to show their strengths against the generic "bad image" of the collective.
