CEAJE INTERVENTION IN THE CONGRESS OF THE MEETING ADVOCACY IN ZARAGOZA

Dear Friends:

As you know, 26, 27 and 28 September was held the ninth National Congress of the legal profession in Zaragoza, in which the Young Lawyers has been represented by many of you and as executive members of the English Confederation of Young Lawyers (CEAJE).

This involvement, which has been active and industrious, was launched in July this year with the preparation and submission of communications for Congress papers.

For Paper I, entitled "Freedom and Security, Basics of the rule of law" made our fellow Hector Communications Sbert (Gaj Barcelona), Nestor Aparicio (Aja Ciudad Real) and Mayte Cruz (Vice President CEAJE).

For Paper II, entitled "Defense and Law", the performed Hector Sbert (Gaj Barcelona), Ane Martínez (Aja Vizcaya) and Sergio Hidalgo (President CEAJE). These

communications, accounted for almost all of those submitted, giving us an idea of \u200b\u200bthe involvement of Young Lawyers.

Point, that point of greatest interest to our group in the first paper was the conclusion XXIII, which referred to the free appointment of counsel in the Legal Aid scheme, whose implementation was defended by arguing rapporteur synthesis which is an improvement for the shift.

Confederation's position defended in this act by callers Hector Sbert (Gaj Barcelona) and Mayte Cruz (Vice President CEAJE) was in the opposite direction, as reflected in the text of your communications, and consistent with the unanimous position adopted at the Council of CEAJE held in Palma de Mallorca.

dialectic After a tough fight in the audience, proceeded to a vote and, against all odds, was defeated, thanks to the mobilization of votes, the same unit (with one exception) by the Young Lawyers, which gave an example of unity and effectiveness had never been seen in Congress these characteristics.

On the second presentation, the seven Opinion from the executive CEAJE, which dealt with the law on access and special employment relationship, and after defending them, were accepted by the six speakers ( the only ones that were accepted in that spot.) Also

was also on the agenda of the plenary CGAE held on Saturday 29, voting on a regulation of the internship, which the executive CEAJE when he learned of its contents are opposed, at least the way it is raised, for going against the path followed by CEAJE in recent years, and before this situation and other factors it was decided to postpone indefinitely its approval.

Therefore, there is no doubt that this Congress has been, that of Young Lawyers, making sure that we are a group of work and pressure, as we show our interest to work, and from now we will have in account for everything, because we have realized that things well and we are a well organized group.

The win, which is all what we continue to consolidate, this requires the work of all, to show that the YOUTH ADVOCACY IS NOT ONLY THE FUTURE, BUT THIS, because we are the ones that we dignify, design and improve our profession. THE EXECUTIVE
CEAJE
